Kairos
Kairos Agency was born in 2012 in Bordeaux, France. We build strategies that help companies get seen and get their message across. We support our clients in managing their projects, create brands, develop websites and business tools, and guide them through their digital transition.
Ethicaldesign
The screens we scroll through have a direct impact on our well-being: all too often, our stress is fueled by the notifications, pop-ups and interruptions we run into. Mindful of well-being, and aware of how central digital interfaces have become in our lives, we make our work as unintrusive as possible.
Against mental pollution, we commit to designing web interfaces that are non-aggressive and respectful. Design must be clear and carry a message, but it must also be useful. It draws its strength from where those constraints meet. We stand for ethical design: aesthetics combined with energy performance.

The essenceof our inspirations
Our work builds on ideas explored long before us. The great masters are our sources of inspiration, from Yves Klein's architecture of air and his blue to the light in Pierre Soulages' ultra-black.
Sacred geometry& the golden ratio
Since 2018, we've chosen to base our designs on the principles of Sacred Geometry. Fractals, the golden ratio, the flower of life: they're found in every living being, whether in their proportions, in repeating patterns or at the heart of their cells. We use them in our quest for harmony.
Shirley JagleThe founder
She founded and has run her innovative design agency, Kairos Agency, for 11 years, while also opening and running the Bordeaux branch of Digital Village, a space dedicated to digital and design that brings every skill together under one roof to produce digital projects, train people for digital careers, and support employment and companies through their digital transition.
In early 2020, she announced the full ecological transition of Digital Village Bordeaux, which she intends to document to inspire other entrepreneurs to follow the same path. Alongside this, Phoenix Lotus Valley is developing a suite of eco-designed digital solutions called Neptune, taking its drive to reduce the environmental footprint of all its activities to its logical conclusion.
