Customer relationships have gone conversational. On this project, we support the future of recruiting by designing the interfaces of an HR chatbot.

The brief
Hollo wanted Phoenix's expertise to design a revolutionary conversational HR chatbot. The goal: simplify the recruitment process by giving candidates an intuitive, efficient experience. Tone-on-tone "low-poly" models express simplicity and friendliness while representing the complexity of the process. Hollo also wanted to build a unique brand universe and explore different interface directions.

3D for brand identity: more freedom to create and iterate
We chose to use 3D on this project to bring a modern, immersive aesthetic. The tone-on-tone "low-poly" models express simplicity and create a friendly atmosphere, while the many interacting elements in each scene represent the complexity of the recruitment process.
By integrating 3D visual elements, we can create a distinctive brand universe for Hollo, strengthening its identity and visual impact. 3D also gives interactions a tangible dimension, improving the user experience. And it offers huge creative freedom: room to explore different interface directions and build immersive environments that captivate users.
Why signage matters
For signage, our approach focuses on three essentials: be visible from afar, be recognizable, be explicit. To spread the brand in an original, useful way, we took a fresh angle and created a vintage-style postcard. Instead of designing a brochure that might end up ignored, we created a promotional object that is both beautiful and functional, letting the brand get noticed while serving a real purpose.
